Can you do complex animation?

We have successfully converted logos, and design ideas into animated LED dot signs. Moving border, flashing text, karate chops, dancing, cycling, and many more.

Are these LED signs suitable for outdoor use?

All signs are for indoor use but can be upgraded to outdoor use on your request. Outdoor LED dot signs are water-resistant and weatherproof.

What are the accessories included in the LED dot sign box?

It's a complete package with a 6-12k laptop-style adapter and hanging chain.

How long does it last?

LED dot signs are estimated to last around 50,000 hours or even more depending on the care.

When can I get my sign?

Customized signs usually take around 2-4 weeks from the date of order. However, outdoor signs may take a little longer, adding 3 days to the usual lead time. (Lead times will increase during the holidays)

Please also note that LED signs with really complex animations may take up to 5 weeks to produce.

Is it possible for me to have control of the animation?

Animation on the sign can be controlled through an ON/OFF switch, included with the LED dot sign box.

Can a design or logo be made as an LED dot sign?

Of course! We have a skilled team of designers that converts any design idea or logo into perfect LED dot signs. Let us know what you need, and we'll get back to you shortly with a free mock-up design for your idea or logo.

Do I need to do anything to maintain the performance of my sign?

You can sit back and relax because LED dot signs are maintenance-free.

Are your signs packed well, especially for overseas shipping?

We actively invest our energy and time in packaging to make sure the signs arriving you are in perfect condition. Each sign is multi-layer packed and cushioned with foam for any motion during shipping. If you still end up with damaged signs, please let us know immediately.

What colors can I choose from?

All our colors are super bright, eye-catching to any passerby. You can choose from red, white, blue, purple, green, yellow, and orange neon shades.
